AGE
Runners must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the race.
EXPERIENCE
50 Kilometre runners will need to cope with precipitous ascents and descents, muddy trails and creek crossings, slippery rocks and roots, and hard-to-follow trail. There are a number of sections where running is impossible. It is a tough physical challenge and participants are entirely responsible for ensuring they are prepared for the conditions and have the necessary fitness.
